Indian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said in a press conference that India is resuming the process of issuing visas to Afghans, which will make it easier for Afghans to travel to India.

Citing the long historical ties between Kabul and Delhi, Jaiswal also spoke about continuing humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.

Hindustan Times also published the news about issuing visas to Afghans and wrote that a technical team has arrived in Kabul and will soon start working on the matter.

Some time ago, the Indian Foreign Minister also said in a series of statements that he will continue to provide humanitarian aid to Afghanistan and will also work to strengthen relations, which was welcomed by the Islamic Emirate.
